What is ROADS?
ROADS is a not for profit group. Our supporters include pure-bred, rare breed, mixed breed owners, breeders, trainers, exhibitors, breed clubs, obedience clubs, and even people who don't own dogs, but are sympathetic to the right to keep and own dogs responsibly.
What does ROADS do?
ROADS promotes the responsible ownership, care and treatment of dogs. We actively fight legislation that undermines the right to own, show, hunt with our breed dogs, including breeding bans, mandatory spay/neuter, & breed specific codes or ordinances.

- Attended council, commissioner, and committee meetings.
- Conducted aggressive letter writing campaigns to newspapers, magazines, TV, and radio stations.
- Kept the dog owning public informed of any legislation directly concerning ownership and use of dogs.
